PC Question

With PC GOTY, can you edit armor with the construction kit? If not would someone please direct me to a editor that could do that. Thanks in advance!

First time hear about PC GOTY...
Altogether the PC version includes TES Construction Set. You may make anything (almost) with it and then add to the game as a plug-in. You may change things, too, because plug-ins can override things in the base game. For example, you may make the Creeper's funds 100,000,000 instead of 5,000. Be careful, though. I use, for example, the Furniture Shop add and have to summon Okam in Hla Oad (Imp.Cult shrine sergeant last quest) with PlaceAtPC on console because the Hla Oad Furniture shop damages Okam's hut. The other plugin (Heroe's Hovel Lite, IIRC the name) was breaking the Call Wolf/Bear spells in Bloodmoon part, so i had to switch it off.
It's not necessary even to make or change an area. Just correct or make the item. If you do not have it on your PC already, it may be summoned on console by command
player->AddItem "the_id_whatever" count
Of course, xbox (the term GOTY is mostly used regarding it, IMHO) does not have the CS. Neither there is the console.
