I am having problems picking up the gem(s) in some od the nodes. In the Air node, I had to wait till the main boss moved and then kill him to pick up the skull gem. I just killed fire node boss and am having the same problem. Any ideas on how to fix this or do I have to just fight him again and wait till he moves.

Not sure what the problem was, but I went back to town, healed up and went back and was able to pick the gem up.
