Kensai/Mage - could have two strongholds?

My character is kensai who will dual at 13th level to mage. By then, I'll have had fighter's stronghold (d'Arnise Keep). What about Planar Sphere? Will I be allowed to poses Planar Sphere while being mage?

Actually I'm not so sure about that......
When I played through the game as a Kensai/Mage I got the fighter stronghold first......and then when I cleared the Planar Sphere out I wasn't able to have that as my stronghold........
I think what you have to do to be able to get both strongholds is that when you have completed the D'Arnise Quest and Nalia asks you to take care of the keep.....then you have to say that you will "think about it" or something along those lines......then do the Planar Sphere....make it your stronghold and now go back to the keep and say that you will accept the ownership.......
There should be plenty of threads in this forum about having more than one stronghold during one game.........read them for more information.......

No need to read for more information - it's just as you wrote. Solve Nalia's Castle quest, "think about" accepting it as a stronghold, Solve Planar Sphere quest, take that as your stronghold - and last go and accept Nalia's castle as your second stronghold.
AFAIK, Nalia's Castle is the only stronghold you can get if you already have another one - and then only if you solve that quest first and delay the decision.

Simply dont take the mage outside, he will give you the Planar Sphere regardless of you have another stronghold or not.

Drakron is correct. My K/M took Nalia's keep and then when i did the Planar Sphere quest I did NOT take the guy outside so he gave me the sphere. Why did he reward me for not fullfilling his dying request? Don't know, don't care I got both strongholds.

to get multiple strongholds, make sure u are the correct class and set the global variable PLAYERHASSTRONGHOLD to 0 and you will be able to get another stronghold
