Help! I don't understand what's happening here :/ In ToB I just finished killing the Ravager, (you know the big slayer on steriods ) And when i go to the door to go to the final scene against Melissan, it sais i still have a challenge to complete -.-

However, the problem may be that you havent completed all the quests in hell. After each bhaalspawn you killed, a new room opened. Check all FIVE chambers of your pocket plane.

I did check all five of the chambers... i did them all. And yet it won't let me pass.

This happened to me, until I headed south again and battled my innocence...funny I thought I had completed that challenge...
