where can i find a Azura's Star soul gem?

There's Srine of Azura in the East coast of SE penisula on Morrowind map (East from Molag Mar, NE from Ter Branora), you may see the shrine of your paper map, too. Go here and activate the statue, you'll get instructions. When the quest is done, return and you'll be granted with the Star.
