Help with Fighter quest

I have just recieved a quest from Eydis Fire-Eye in Balmora. She as assigned me to retrieve a code book from Sottilde in the South Wall Corner club.

When I reach Sottilde I face a problem. If I straight out attack her she will attack me along with all the other patrons at the club. If I attempt to steal if from her, she will find out and attack me (Im not good with stealth) But then it is just a battle between me and her. I can kill her no problem, but then I have a 1025 bounty on my head.

When I run back to Fire-Eye she tells me its bad to havea bounty and it gives the fighter guild a bad rep (or something to that effect) When I give her the book I still have the bounty.

Is there anyway of going about things where I can get the book without a bounty (I have no problem killing people). I am horrible in speachcraft so trying to get her to attack me wont work. I guess I can allways bribe her and then get the book but That will cost alot of money. Are there any other possibilities to getting the book without a huge loss of money or without a bounty?

Admire/bribe her to get her disposition up and she'll give you the book. Provided you aren't also a member of the theives guild.

Or, you could always taunt her til she strikes you first, then it's self defense and no bounty for killing. :D

Use a frenzy spell on her then she attack you and its purely self defense ;) MUCH cheaper that admire/bribe or w/e it is. and only takes a few seconds!

yeah, but the admire or taunt option helps raise your persuasion skills, and money get's to be way to easy to accumulate in the game to worry that much about a bit here and there. :D
