Heroes of might and magic 3

HOMAM III, a old but great game imo.

I havent played heroes for a while now, but judt started again. As it was a while ago i played it, i have forgotten a lot of stuff...

So i would like to get some tips on combining feats with heroes etc...

I usually play with Humans so its mainly for them id like to get some tips about... But if theres someone that played alot with other races, id be glad to hear about em too. (if anyone can be arsed to type things down).

It's really been too long for me since I played the HOMM series to help out, I'm afraid. I loved the artwork, hated the music, thought the concept was great and the AI was poor--also didn't care for the linearity of so many scenarios. But I'll look around, and see if I've kept any notes or can point you to any sites. If you have questions, feel free to post 'em. Least I can do is take a look. :)

Christian's ballista specialty is deadly when combined with Expert Artillery. Archery's a good skill to have.

For magic heroes, Tower's the best (Access to the Library which gives an extra spell per level), especially Solmyr and his Chain Lightning specialty. But magic heroes reach their pinnacle if you're able to get Expert status in all schools of magic, and expert intelligence (for the extra spell points). Sorcery's not a bad skill either.

BTW - gotta love Implosion with Expert Earth Magic...upwards of 1500 damage done.....

There is no reason to bump a post that is over 2 years old as the initial poster's question was already answered and the chances are he/she is not even keeping an eye on this thread anymore. Also, there is no point in reposting a post that has been deleted by the moderators due to possible minor flaming and for bumping an 'ancient' thread.

For this reason, I'm closing this thread.
