Very nice forum, I was hoping one of you could help me? After escaping leviathan, finding out I'm darth revan etc. the game seems to be stuck. Carth said I have another star map to find, but I'm almost sure I've discovered them all. I've completed the game before so I know about the unknown world and all that, but I didn't have this problem before. I tried to revisit all the sites I'd already been too and completed the quests on:
Tatootine: the star map is in its upright position and when I click on it nothing happens.
Kashyyk: it says the star map is locked
Korriban: the entrance to the Sith Academy has been locked from the inside
Dantooine: destroyed
Manaan: star map is open and lit up (activated it would seem) but clicking on it/going near it doesn't do any good
If anyone can help me with this I'd really appreciate it, it's really annoyed me because I've spent ages getting this far and doing all the little quests I missed last time and now it seems like I'm stuck for no reason. Thanks very much

Same problem, no answers

I am having the same problem. The walkthrough says if you were heading to Dantooine you will end up at the Unknown World but it doesn't say anything else. You posted in February and no one replied. Did you find a solution?

Tatooine: You defeated the Krayyt dragon? Good, now go and walk towards it. Clicking on it does nothing for me, so just run back and forth a few seconds if it does not open up.

Kashyyk: Computer beside it must be opened. try and get as much information as possible. Take the test, and if you fail, get attacked by droids. Defeat the droids and the starmap will open.

Korriban: you have to become a student by talking to Uthur

Manaan: If showing the map, then it is active. If not, then it is a bug.

This is actually from Febuary of, well, last year, almost two years old by now. Thanks for using this thread... is there anything else? Have you run a search and checked the walkthrough? Considering the age of the original post, there is a chance that it has been updated for minor errors.

Did you trying going to dantooine? If I remember correctly then if you fly there, you see the destruction of Dantooine then sometihng happens and you lock star maps together and you find unkown planets position, that may not be exactly how it goes but basically: head to dantooine.

Really? I thought that after you returned to the Ebon Hawk, with the information of all five star maps, then Carth will put it all together and find a course, no matter what planet you are on. From there you can fly on to the final planet or the Rakatan homeworld.

That sounds righter, i had this one dream one night when i had stayed up late playing it... i could never figure out what really happened after that since i sold my game.. big mistake.. any way yeah i know that you need all four so back on topic, go back to kashykk that star amp should stay open, go talk to the comp answer his questions kill the droids if needs be, then grap the map and woohooo unkown here thou comest!

Thanks for your replies. I have all the starmaps but I didn't head to Dantooine so now I can't find Unknown World. I tried talking to Carth but he just forgives me for my dark past, he doesn't put together the maps. I guess I could start over (again)and head to Dantooine before being captured by the Leviathan but it just seems strange, is this a bug or what. There should be another way to the Unknown World. Thanks again for your help folks.

You dont need to go to dantoine IIRC, one of your companions should trace the lines at your last star map, but IU could be wrong

Actually, you can no longer head for Dantooine after the Leviathan anyways. It just says you are unable to travel. Is it possible that you have not hit the correctcoordiantes on your galaxy map? If not, cycle through them all slowly and read the names. I actually thought I did not have it.

Anyways, you should stock up on supplies before you head there, so if there is anything you want from places like Yavin (PC) then pick it up now, or at least finish the quests in those areas.

What planet were you captured after?

You are always captured after the thrid planet, and the order does not effect the outcome of the game, unless you do something game altering... such as becoming a sith student.

In any case, always the third planet after the fourth star map.

I mean to say, was it after kashyyk, manaan, tatooine or korriban?

That seems sort of trivial... no matter the destination after these planets, the Leviathan captures you, and it is after the fact that this question is based around.

Don't worry about Dantooine. Once you've been caught by the Leviathan, that planet is no longer an option (unless you're using a mod). After the Leviathan you HAVE to get one more Star Map before you can get to the Unknown Planet. If you go into you Quest list (has an icon that looks like an open book at the top of the page) and click on Quest Items you will see a series of items labled "Star Map: <insert planet name here>". You need to have "Star Map: Dantooine," "Star Map: Tatooine," "Star Map: Kashyyyk," "Star Map: Mannan," and "Star Map: Korriban."
Unless you have all of these, you aren't going anywhere. If you do have all of these and still aren't getting the Unknown Planet to pop up in your little galaxy map, then there's some sort of glitch and I don't know what to tell you, but I suspect that you have just missed a planet. Hopefully this helps.

OK, Problem solved. I know I got the starmap at Tatooine but I must have played the encounter with Darth Whatshisface at the entrance to the dragon cave a couple of different times and forgot to open the starmap on the final time. Thanks for the assistance. There is no bug. Good thing is my mistake gave me a chance to play the Leviathan with several characters. Juhani kicked most butt, Mission worked well too.
