hi guys, i have a problem with spell casting. I cant do it! i can cast scrolls, but when i try to cast a spell, it asks me if i want to delete the spell. i have tried the quickmenu, but same thing happens.Pleasehelp......Im desparate.

i have no idea mayb try a reinstall, cos it sounds like sumin is wrong with ur client

Are you sure you're hitting the right buttons? Press R to ready yourself for spellcasting, then open your inventory and select the spell you want to cast. Close inventory and the spell should be in the left ready box next to your readied weapon. Then left click the mouse to cast the spell. Are these memorized spells you are trying to cast or spells that have been enchanted into items? You can put spells into one of the ten quickslots but its not necessary. If you want to put an enchanted item's spell into a quickslot be sure to select the spell, not the item. When you cast that spell the item will automatically be equipped if it isn't already.

my problem lies in that unless i select a scroll, r does not bring up my hands. i have absolutely no idea whats going on, and im up to day 30?, i think, and i dont really want to start from scratch.......... but it looks like im going to have to......unless someone more brainy,( and less computer illiterate) can possibly figure out where i went wrong. Thanks so much.

lol go in2 ur control options and reselect a butten 4 ready magic insted of 'r'
