How to mod?

what programs do modders use to make new characters ect and other stuff?
Well right now we are restricted to using few tools since there is no support from BioWare, many tools are just modified NwN tools.
We cannot make new models of yet since nobody made a plug in for editing meshes but we can reskin for existing meshes.
