Hmm, was she wearing the Staff of the Magi the time you kicked her out ?
That item makes her invisible all the time, so you can't see her unless you cast True Sight or a similar spell.

I don't think Dispel Magic will work on the Staff of Magi. If it doesn't, try this:
1. Check your Override folder for a file called "STAF11.ITM". This is the item definition for the Staff of Magi. If it exists, back this file up to a safe place.
2. Download the attached replacement file. I made this by changing the item definition from the Baldurdash fix forthe Staff of Curing (originally STAFF10.ITM). This will effectively remove the invisibility effect from the staff that Nalia is holding.
3. When (if ?) Nalia appears, get her into your party and save the game with some other name.
4. Remove the file you donloaded and replace it with the one you backed up in step 1 (if any).
I don't know if this will work, but I can't think of any other way to fix the problem, other than reverting to a save prior to kicking Nalia out. Good luck, and let us know what happens.
