Is the Arcane Archer ever able to imbue more than three arrows per day? Does the damage and DC of the imbued arrows increase with the Archer's level?

Dosen't look from the descriptions of the Arcane Archer in neither SoU or HotU manual, that the imbue arrow ability increases in numbers.
I'm not sure how the DC works for this ability either, as I've never played an AA, but it is likely tied to the level of the AA, so I could imagine that the DC does increase each level.

Also, I was curious about the 'Mighty' bonus that I find on many ranged weapons. As far as I can tell, the 'Mighty' modifier is the maximum number by which ones damage per hit is ALLOWED to be increased when using said ranged weapon, but will not necessarily be increased by that amount if ones strength is not high enough. Is that correct?

According to WOC's FAQ on the 3rd Edition Rules, "you apply either your Strength modifier to bow damage or the bow's maximum Strength, whichever is lower". That seems to suggest that you are correct in that you have to have a strength modifier at least equal to the bow's maximum strength to get the full benefit of it's Mighty designation. Of course, Bioware could have tweaked that rule.

It works as you descriped.
If you have a bow with mighty +3, and you have a strenght bonus of +2, then you add +2 damage. If you have a strenght bonus of +4 you add the +3, which in this example was the maximum allowed bonus.

i seemed to notice, (at least with the original NWN before any patches) that if your STR is a penalty, using "mighty" bows will also reduce your dmg. just thought i might voice this out. i have yet to confirm it, but you might want to be aware that this might be possible..
