MOVIES crash

hey people does anyone elses movies crash?? The only way for me to get through the game is to diable them but i want to watch em so what should i do?

first, try all the usual stuff... update your drivers to the latest, update directx to the latest build, update your game... if that doesnt help, and your are experiencing problems in other games as well, try posting your hardware config, although I doubt this is the correct forum to do so in. I would suggest a hardware problem forum.
