What does it take to pick a 100 pt. lock?

My intelligence is 53, as is my Security, with the use of a Master's lockpick, approx wht lvl will my sec. or int. need to be?

You'll need 100 security, I think

With a master's lockpick, you should be able to open any lock with a security skill of ~ 60.

Yea, i got it, thanks. My Security was around 60ish and i got what i wanted 
now its 67
