I cant get in into the sand people enclave the gun turrets kill me the minute i try to get in. And i have the sand people clothes on.

Can someone please help?

The game isn't recognising your disguise. Are all of your party members equipped with the clothes? You can't take Zaalbar in, but the droids can get by without disguises.

Yes we are all wearing the sand people clothe...

Make sure you get your strongest people before you go for the star map! its not the dragon you have to be worried about its the damn bounty hunters!!!

I had to use one of my previous saved games and do it all over again, it seemed that the game was not recognising my disguise.

I'm still stuck.

I'm having the same problem, but don't keep saved games for very long. What happened was, I went into the sandppl enclave without hk_47 and got the option to either high-tail out or attack all of them. I chose to leave, went back to pick up HK-47 and returned. Now however I am constantly ambushed in the dunesea by small groups of sandppl and the turrets still kill me, no way past them. I've looked into several walkthroughs, but no solution.
Does this really mean I can forget continuing this game and start anew!?!?! I am going to try to leave the planet and return, see if it helps, but if that doe not...
Any suggestions?

Well you could just kill everything, that would accomplish the mission goals, all you'd need is some decent ion grenades, ion rifle, ion blaster, to take on the turrets, and go in with some heavy hitting soldiers such as Garth or Candaverous.

Plus if you are having problems with the sandpeople, look into using concussion grenades, cryoban, etc. or even your force powers to disable them, I mean if you have party of yourself plus Bastille and Juhani, you can disable a sandpeople party pretty quickly, just remember to use pause target a stasis, stun, or whirlwind on each sand people, should be easy killing them then.

Of course that would be evil, ah the travails of being a do gooder.

You can't kill the turrets outside the enclave. They're invulnerable. And it's not actually the turrets that kill you when you try to enter, there's a trigger outside the front door of the enclave that instantly kills your party if you try to enter without being disguised properly.

Solved it

You're right, 1 gets killed the instant 1 partymember enters the entrance to the encvlave.
I left Tatooine, solved another mission and returned. Now I had no trouble at all and was able to enter the enclave peacefully.
