I understand they appear with whatever level you are etc etc. but what are some locations that i can find them... so i dont have to spend so much time wandering from cave to cave and from tomb to tomb... I am pretty sure im a high enuf level to see them (17) thanks

I encountered them mostly around dwemer ruins.

Don't you mean daedric? You also often encounter them out in the Molag Amur and Ashland regions, at higher levels. Their appearance is random - in some games it seemed I found one every time I turned around, and in others, I saw relatively few.
