Hello, im begginig here, and i have some questions about ToEE:
1. Chain Gloves and boots do lower the speed, its that normal ?
2. Order's Wrath simply doesnt work ! There are some correction ?
3: Flame Strike works oddly, only one creature in the area (normaly the weakest) its affected by this spell, and tehe damage seems too low for a flame strike, there are corrections ?
4. What is the level cap ? There are some way to bypass this ?

those boots lower your speed b/c they are heavy armor, or just so heavy that you became encumbered, i've never tried to use order's wrath so ican't help you there, flamestrike seems a little weak, but it's only effecting weaker creatures for you b/c they are the only ones not able to make their saving throws, level cap is lvl 10, and it sucks. if any DOES find a way around it than PLEASE tell me!
