But you could try charming him then talking to him, but I don't think that would work, never tried it myself

reloading didn't help. :/
I haven't been in his room in decades.
Finished lots and lots of stuff since I've seen him last, really don't want to go back.
My reputation is 9, average. :/
Anyone else have any ideas?

maybe a rep of 9 is a little low
perhaps u could try to go to a tempel and donate some money to get a higher rep
