I have found a good way to kill some single person without getting everybody mad.

You need one dynamite and you must be very good at pickpocketing things.

First set timer. Then pickpocket person you want to kill, bur instead of taking anything, but the dynamite in his/her pocket and run away

Sure way to kill, I have used it many times

Did this a lot also.

But I twisted it a little - I set the dynamite, placed it on me and let the children in the Den (I belive) pick pocket from me

hell, I never noticed any pick pocketing by children in the den. Really. And I got the US-Version, so the children are included....
hum...

And yea, it's a stylish but cheesy way of killing. I've never used it seriously but sometimes just for fun....(...you remember all those Mobsters in the New Reno Casinos? I love to see those guys go down...)

In front of the entrances to all the shops and bars are a couple of kids. If you watch you will see them make the pickpocketing motion as you pass. If they succeed they will take something (often quite valuable, like a part to the car) as give it to the merchant with the bad attitude - the one that talks funny. At that point you have to buy it back from him if you want it. Or if you see the kids trying to rob you do the same thing to them quickly before they run off to see if they took anything. Then you can just steal it back.

Well, I mostly used it in New Reno, where you have to kill that old gangster guy. I just hated when I had to kill everybody when getting out.

Of course I also used it when I just was keeping fun and not playing seriously.

Yeah, that's always fun. but unfortunately it seems whenever I do that the town goes hostile with me... I did however manage to kill AHS-9 like that. I put some C4 and dynamite in a backpack and planted the backpack on him. backpacks and bags are also cool because normally people go hostile when you drop explosives on the ground, but they won't if it's in the backpack. I only wish there was something with a little more kick than C4... does the damage go up with trap skill?

I hate those little pickpockets, I think i'll kill them all like that. and maybe that shopkeeper too...

Nope - tried that once, remember it wouldn't.

Try to go outside, rest and then come back.

You can avoid getting robbed by entering combat mode, then pass by and leave combat mode.

Perhaps a better way to kill old man Salvatore is to get the cannister of poison gas that looks like his oxygen tank. Then steal/pickpocket him to remove his oxy and plant the poison. The gas is in the basement of the Mordino club.
