How do I get *Special Stock* in adventurer mart

I have seen on a few stratagey guides that you can buy a warblade +4 from *special stock* In the adventures mart. Thats all that is said, how do I get this special stock, I viewed all of ribalds normal items, the warblade isnt among them. Does anyone know if there is some quest I have to complete first before I can get to this special stock? Any imput is appreciated...
