I think an Editor will be great!

Yeah ! An editor as neverwinter nights that lets you create Quests, monsters , heroes ...
This was discussed in another ToEE message board, and while its not an impossible task its really not something that will be open to everyone like NWN was. In order to mod ToEE you need to hand draw everything. NWN was 3D with placable objects, and scripting etc
All the back grounds, etc are all hand draw 2D... then rendered I believe. It would literally take you months upon months (like 8-12 months) of constant work (40+ hours /week)to make a module worth playing as opposed to NWN where you can create a fairly decent module in a short amount of time..and in your spare time.
As well there are no extra monster models included to my knowledge so you'd only have the monsters that are in the game available, if you wanted more you'd have to use various expensive software programs to create wire meshes, and texture them etc.
