Once again, I don't have HotU yet, but I'm thinking of several builds already. I've read up on the NWN forums and can't find the information I'm looking for. Sorry that it's so much questions; I don't actually expect to get them all answered, but if you know the answer to any, please help out.

General
1) Does Uncanny dodge stack, i.e. if I already have UD3, for example, and get UD1 from one of the prestige classes, does it become UD4 or is it wasted?

2) In order to go above level 10 in a prestige class, a character needs to have 10 levels in other classes. Can these include any combination (i.e. with another prestige class)?

Rogue
3) How often does a Rogue gain sneak attacks past level 20? Is it still an extra 1d6 every two levels?

4) How often does a Rogue gain bonus feats past level 20? Is it still one every three levels?

5) What are the Rogue's base attack bonus increases prior to going epic?

Shadowdancer
6) Does the Shadowdancer gain Uncanny Dodge IV and V sometime past level 10?

7) I take it the Shadowdancer gets no bonus feats for the first ten levels. Does one gain any past lvl 10?

8) Does the concealment part of Shadow Evade stack with the Self Concealment feat or any other concealment bonuses (such as spells)? What's the concealment cap?

9) What are the bonuses of going above lvl 10 with a Shadowdancer, if any?

Assassin
10) Is the number of castings of Ghostly Visage and Darkness influenced by Assassin level, character level, or not at all? If so, how?

11) I take it the Assassin gets no bonus feats for the first ten levels. Does one gain any past lvl 10?

12) Does the Assassin gain Uncanny Dodge IV and V sometime past level 10?

13) If the paralyze part of Death Attack fails, is the sneak attack part damage still done?

14) What are the bonuses of going past lvl 10 with an Assassin (besides more damage and higher DC on a Death Attack)?

Answering to best of my knowledge:

1.) I think not.

2.) the correct way of putting it is:
You have to be at least character level 21 in order to take a prestige class beyond level 10. Thus a Fighter 8/ Bard 2/Red Dragon Dsicipline 10 could, upon reaching Lvl 21 become a Lvl 11 RDD.

3.) I think not, but am not sure.

4.) I think so, yes.

5.) +15/+10/+5

10.) I think not at all. It's once per day, from the cradle to the grave.

13.) Yes.

This I know But I want to know if, for example, a Wizard 8/Red Dragon Disciple 2/Palemaster 10 would also allow me going 11 in Palemaster.

Apart from the fact that you need to be either a bard or sorceror to take up RDD, yes.
As long as your character level is 21+ you can advance beyond lvl 10 in any prestige class you have, no matter what your other class levels are.

there's a table in the manual afaik, but it should go something like this:

Right. Never used the BAB table before, so that's why I didn't think of it

The BAB table for base characters, sub epic level, is in the original manual. (p. 157 my version)

It states in the manual that the rogue gains +1d6 sneak attack at any "odd level" of epic. So that would be 21, 23, 25 and so forth.

All epic characters gain a base of 1 feat per 3th epic level.
But the rogue also gains a bonus feat every four levels after L20 - that would then mean 24, 28 etc.

Epic shadowdancers, gain a bonus feat every 3th level.

Bonus feat as mentioned. Bonus to the "Shadow Evade" and bonus to the "Summon Shadow"

As all class specific abilities, they are determined by the number of that specific class levels. Thus it is the number of assassins levels that determine this (can be read in the SoU manual under the assassin description also.)

11)
Every 4th level of epic, the assassin gains a bonus feat.

12)
Dosen't say in the manual, so would have to say no.

13)
Haven't tested this - but I would belive it does.

14)

Thanks, Xandax While the BAB for the Rogue is of course there, my SoU manual is very scarce (I explained this in some other thread, how in my country expansions are always treated as something sub-par), and you've been helpful as always

The manual for SoU is, imo, also terrible - so I doubt you have gotten much of a different manual then the rest of us

It is just that I'm a manual freak, and find great pleasure in devouring manuals several times

Actually, it's not. After some reading up and looking at the skills, etc. I see that it's actually not such a great combo. The Assassin needs too many levels to have the Paralyze attack actually work (DC 10 + ASN levels + INT modifier); so does the Shadowdancer to make the summoned shadow worth anything (15 lvls of SD for Summon Epic Shadow; but then you'd lose out on a lot of sneak attacks). The Rogue gets tons of skills, while the Assassin and Shadowdancer get much less (and can't pick all of them as class-skills).

The way to make this work would be Rogue x/Assassin x/ShadowDancer 1 (the one SD level just for Hide in Plain Sight); the balance between Rogue/Assassin would depend on whether you'd want more skills or a working paralyze attack.

What I'm doing is splitting these builds in two, keeping with the Japanese theme. Both Strategy: Ninja (Assassin) and Strategy: Ninja (Shadow Dancer) have been posted).
