Gold Skull Drinks Keoghtom's Ointment

Yes, true believers - though it sounds like a tabloid headline, this intrepid reporter has seen it too many times to overlook!

If you have both the golden skull and the ointment in your inventory, and then move the skull to another inventory spot, it will remove the ointment from your inventory (and yes, I did just use the word "inventory" three times in one sentence).

And here's another surprise (or not):
Enchanting a weapon with mighty cleaving does nothing. Yep - 'fraid so. In fact, I'm officially renaming the enchantment "mighty waste of experience points" so as to avoid further confusion.

And hey, did anyone notice that all the NPCs are crap?

Just the facts as I see 'em.

Peace out.

Re: Mighty cleaving

Strange,

But i take it from th PhB that Migty Cleaving only works for character who already have the Feat by giving them an extra cleave attempt. Are u sure of this ???

As for Npc's i say : Use'em All ! Annoyin but fun plus they'll give you lots of nice magic items when they die ( or have an accident)

Hmm... I'll have to double check on the cleaving - but if a PC has great cleave, then is there still a ny need for mighty cleaving - 'cuz great cleave will keep cleaving after foes are killed until a hit either misses or doesn't kill someone - how could an extra cleave be tacked on?
Does the extra cleave amount to an extra attack (and thereby, opportunity to cleave)?
I did give the weapon with mighty cleaving to someone without cleave, thinking it would essentially add the feat, since I couldn't imagine how it would boost anyone with great cleave (all my fighters have great cleave).

Now, I'm really curious.
