Where are the blinding boots of speed i looked north of caldera but can some1 tell me specifically where they are?

Follow the road from Caldera to Gnaar Mok.

They're on Pemenie the Trader. Go north out of town toward the mines. At the fork with the naked Nord, go right. Stay on that road until you meet up with her. You should see the boots glowing in the distance.

Unless you play one of the beast races, which can't wear boots.....

Haha yea my last char was a khajitt, awesome yes... but no boots or closed helm was very annoying
