Uber-Weapon Locations?

Anyone know of a website that lists all the locations of the uber-weapons/armor/items in the game?
I'd found a good one for the original icewind dale, but can't seem to find one for IWD 2.
Also, do any of you veterans know if the best items in the game are only attainable in HoF mode? I'd just like to know whether to expect to see some of these great items in the last stages of the game, or whether I have to play it again in HoF mode to find them.
Thanks!

The really powerful weapons don't become available in a normal game until late in the game. If you're searching bodies and containers, you won't miss them. There are two exceptions: Doom Bolter (a crossbow) which you can get with a high-INT character from the Duergar bolter (afterward you can slaughter them all and also pick up the H@ll Bolter). The next item is the Holy Avenger Sword, which can be obtained by taking a certain amulet from Dragon's Eye third level to Hrothgar's glen and clicking on one of the graves.
Better items are available in HoF mode, and you find more powerful weapons at the start.
Now about armor - one of major complaints about this game is the
lack of it. I'd recommend installing a mod to make more armor available - such as
Weimer's-Ease of-Use.

Doesn't the official patch have sets of armor in it?

Yes, but there's still some pieces missing (in the code but not in the game).

Eep! That "ease-of-use" mod totally destroys the 3e I know and love!
Better not install it...

Erm, how exactly does it "destroy" 3rd Edition? Could you possibly elaborate?

The mod concerning armor damage reduction sounds very nice.
Anyone got thoughts on the "easy of use" mod? overpowered or just handy?

Some aspects may be considered over-powered, whereas others are considered must-haves - such as higher-stacking ammo. I didn't install the whole thing, myself - just the ammo-stacking, tweaked XP table (the way this game throws enemies at you, I completely disagree with BI's challenge-rating system), two-handed Holy Avenger, and the Skip-Battle-Squares component.

(I also disagree with the xp rewards in IWD 2. Alas, fighting horde monsters in PnP is rediculously easy.)
"Destroy" was a bad choice of words. "Fnorks" would have been better
I mean the changed wild shape. Druids "wild"shaping into Verbeegs is jsut weird, IMO.
