DS brain drain

What is the best way for a weaker LS jedi to defend against a DS jedi master's life drain force power. I've almost killed this guy several times but he always sucks away my parties vitality points toward the end of the battle. HEEEELP!

Have a higher Wisdom (better saves). Higher Constitution helps too. Gang up and kill the sucker (remember you can issue orders to your party members).

the force resistance force power will also help you here, i believe

You need to use force immunity or resistance whichever you have before the battle. Also boost up on the stims you have then you probably will want to gang up on him like was mentioned in an earlier reply and just wipe him out then if he has any other dark jedi with him fight them after you've killed the main dark jedi.
