Ok i've looked through all of the vampire threads posted and noone actually tells u if u can still advance in the mages guild...? Or if u get to do all of their quests, and not just some quests specifically for vamps. BTW I'm having heck of a time to become an aundaer blood vampire. I found this vamp in their main base, he was fighting with his fists, after he was done with the spells, but when they attack with their hands they attack the fatique bar. Wich didn't do alot of damage, infact no damage at all...cause i regenerate. So i figure iI'd just leave him there for a couple of hours. I stopped playing the game to go out with my friends, and came back 4 hours later......I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE DISEASE!!!!???? Can u believe that ****? And there was a time when i saw those weakness to disease spells things on the mages in the mages guild, but they've disappered now........ugh...I dont know what to do..
Btw when do u get that corpus thing that messes with the vamp disease in the main quest, cause ive only done the first mission, and im pretty sure i dont have it but just to be safe, u know
??
Please help me and try ur best to answer my questions if u can help

If you're playing a race with disease resistance, you'll have some trouble contracting the disease, but it should still happen. What are your willpower and luck? Are you sure you don't have porphyric hemophilia? It shows up as a beneficial effect.
You'll know when you've gotten corprus - the game makes certain of that.

Here's a helpful tool for finding particular spells:
Spell Search.

Hey I'm trying to become an Aundae blood vampire, and I'm at their main base, I'm now trying to have two vampires hit me btw, one with a sword and a fist....still nothing...il do the same thing, leave them hitting me for a couple of hours, but I was wondering about the unnamed vampires. I've heard that the unnamed vampires have a bigger chance of giving u the disease. So is there a different place where there are "unnamed" aundae clan vampires? Does the aundae clan have more than one base?

Yes, but I've never had a problem getting infected by named vampires. What is your character's total magicka resistance, willpower and luck? All three do affect your chances of catching porphyric hemophilia.

Actually i have 50% magicka resistance, 80 willpower and 40 luck.....so ur saying i should lower them all somehow?
edit: How can i lower magicka resistance?

Acctualy I thought it was pretty crappy being a Vamp. I mean.. no one talks to you... and don't get much quests... you have to travel by night... you can't see too good. You level up slower... bah
... it's not worth it if you ask me.

I think it's awsome. I have the boots of blinding speed(plus vampire speed), and levitate spells. So I'm like superman and fly everywhere

Like..........levitate has nothing to do with speed. It's the strength of the spell that decides your flyingspeed.

Actually, speed does effect your levitation speed.

Then what does the strength of the spell do?

You mean the strength of Levitation? The higher it is, the faster you levitate. Speed also affects levitation speed, but you need to increase it by a lot to notice the difference, which the Boots of Blinding Speed do.

Ah okay, thanks for the info.
Oh, and by the way: becoming a vampire sucks. I've created myself a little robe with CE "weakness to common disease 1 - 100%" and CE "restore health", and still no vampire can give me the bloody disease

See? I'm telling you guys, being a vampy bites some very serious orc ass. Atleast, acording to me. I mean... even rp wise, normaly you can't tell a vampire just by looking at him. And the fact that common ignorant pesants can recognise... makes me more than slightly miffed.
