Do you mean Kangaxx? You must be joking! Well, let us continue the joke. One sarcophagus (and a lich) is at the Bridge District, the second sarcophagus (and a second lich) is in the Unseeing Eye dungeon (you passed by when you did the Unseeing Eye quest).
