Am I right in saying that there is a difference in enchanters in MW? Some seem to be more powerful, in the sense that they can put more powerful enchantments on the same items.
Or am I doing something wrong? I don't need high stats in intelligence or enchanting to go to a enchanter? I just need to come up with the right items, right?

You just need enough money to pay for an enchanter's services. The type of enchantment you can put on a weapon depends on the spells you know.
