Monk Robe not usable by monk?!? (Possible spoilers)

Post by Baldursgate Fan »

Ok, there I was re-installing BG2, TOB and all of Weimer's mods, just to have a go at my favourite again, after all this time.

I decided to play a monk and mucked around with Shadow Keeper when I came across a Robe of Enduring (B#ROBE02), esp. for a monk. Went into the game and guess what? The Robe can't be used by my monk. The item is greyed out.

What gives?

Hi User,

Thanks for the heads up. Now, if only I can figure out how to use the Near Infinity thingy...

You could edit it with IEEP as well. Just open SK and find the item, then extract it to your Override folder. Start IEEP and load up the item's file. Check the usability settings and make the appropriate adjustments by adding or removing check marks for whom you want it or don't want it usable by. Then save your modified item back to the Override folder by overwriting the originial item when you save.

Attach the file so I could (try to) edit it for you if you dont know how IE works. Although it's not hard to learn (atleast the basics)
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.
