The mad Khajit in the Sheograd region who tells you about the Shrine of Boethiah is hilarious. He has some interesting ideas about how to become a lich. He is called something the mad i think - i could not find him second time round. He is on a tiny island with a fishing rod.

also, when people say:
"you will suffer greatly!" or
"you will DIE"
and you kinda laugh and think to yourself:
"no."
then slaughter them mercillessly, before hacking off their head and displaying it in your room as a trophy for all to see that you are THE CHOSEN ONE, and that EVERYONE will bow down to your might and power, or suffer the twisted consequences of hell...

i had this one fight last time i played, with 2 people in heavy armour and me in just clothes with no weapon equipped. and one said they had the upper hand. i beat them both senseless with my fists

In Tel Naga while levetating to the top of the tower theres another mage who falls straight down right beside you. I don't know if he just fell or if his levitation ran out but it reminded me of the guy from Seyda Neen.

during mine and chimps MW marathon the other night we ended up in tel branora. if you go visit the girl at the top of the tower (cant remember her name) when you walk up to her she says:
"are you here to feed the spiders?"
this must be the funniest thing in the game! me and chimp split our sides!
