I need help,

I spent my life savings on enchanting a dwarven battle axe, but I screwed up on the settings when I got it done. Instead of casting soul trap and fire damage when strikes, its set to on touch. Is there an editor where I can change this as I didn't clue in until it was too late?

There's no savegame editor I'm aware of. Cast on Strike enchantments can only be on Self or Touch. Do you mean you accidently put a Cast on Use enchantment on your axe?
