I am looking for a freedom scroll to free minsc for the dern kangaxxs' tomb. Wow now that is a fight.

I'm pretty sure that you can get a Freedom scroll from the Adventurer's Mart in chapter 6 if you ask to see his special stock. I don't think you're gonna find somewhere that will sell you level 9 scrolls pre-chapter 5 tho.

One of the three deep gnomes in the south-western part of the underdark sells freedom scrolls, but you wouldnt want the big walk mean its only minsc, id only rescue him if he had decent items on.
