mastery orb in Astral prison

Anyone out there not get this after killing the Master of Thralls? Instead of the orb, I got a pretty cool evil flail. I'm sure it was one of the mods I installed that did this switch but I'm not sure which one. Anyone have any ideas? I'm just hoping other quest items are not replaced like this. It will be a pain.
btw, I just SK'ed the orb into my inventory. Best utility ever.
