am i able to have a fighter dualed into a swashbuckler? what patch do i need to do this??

Without "cheating" it is not possible to dual from your existing class to a kit class. But you can dual from a kit class to a non-kit (generic) class. Shadowkeeper will give you the tools to override the basic game rules.
