WHY DONT YOU LIKE MY CHARACTER?

You should try to get a nicer weapon, something made out of glass would suit this character. In the Urshilaku Burial Chambers, there is a central area, where you have to walk the spiral rock. If you go all the way to the top then levetate across to one of the things mounted on the walls you come to a glass sword, a type of Longblade called Mage-something or other, its worth about 35 thousand and comes with the ability to cast resist magic 20-40%.

I think your character is ok. I don't like your major and minor skills. I think you need to vary them a bit more cos you only have 1 armour and 1 weapon skill in there. Personally i would have at least 2 weapon skills. Overall i think she is pretty good, i like your array of items and your conjuration and destruction look good.

Ummm....Dark Master... I use Blunt weapons and not long swords.
Thanks Jiub for the compliment but I think it would be easier to progress through the game with only one weapon skill but maybe I can use a trainer to train a weapon skill to like 30-40 and use that, that is, after I get Blunt weapon to 100.

You get this sword in a main quest dungeon, Urshilaku Burial.
Once inside the cavern, go to the Laterus Burial, which is the
spiral room. Go up the spiral, you will see a mummy at the center
between the door to Kefka Burial and the one after it. The
mummy is holding MageBane.

Ok, my character grew to lvl 39 now, is Patriarch of the Temple, Arch-Mage of the Mages Guild, retainer of the Telvanni and Layman of the Imperial Cult, Im not going to bother with the stats anymore, I might update them later. Can anyone else try and post their characters here and compare them?

I know you're character used Blunt Weapons, as I saw the stats, my remark about a glass longblade was mearly one that I felt would have been suited to the ROLE of your character, ie powerful battlemage, often having to fight and cast their way out of trouble, and a powerful sword with the ability to resist Magicka would be no bad thing.

I appologise for the misunderstanding. If you want a nice blunt weapon and want to keep with the feel of your character the Ebony Staff can be enchanted with frost fire and shock damage of about 25-35 points on each for 5 seconds and pack a very hefty punch, and of course there are even more lethal blunt weapons out there, the Ebony Mace my character is using is a good example, as is the Mace I'll shortly be collecting from the Skaal (when I've done the stupid ritual).

Anyway, good luck with your character.

My character is now on lvl 43 and is also Disciple of the IC and Arch-Magister of the Telvanni. And I trained Med Armor to 54 so i can wear the ebony Mail and my Des. is at 92 and unarmd. is at 79 and Blnt. is at 89!

And I enchanted my own Ebony staff with Fire and Shock dmg. 10-15!

Ps. Others also went up but these are the ones that a big change.
