My Excuse

I got so distracted by tracking down the sinister forces that control our lives that I could hardly keep my head together-- and then my Loompanics catalog arrived. I am so out of it sometimes! Anyway, I hope our TV stays broken this week.

I got so involved with hunting for Furbies that I could hardly work, much less concentrate on trivialities-- and then my test came back positive (a mistake, it turned out). I am so soft in the head sometimes! Anyway, I hope my karma doesn't bottom out this week.

As for you, don't blow a gasket. Get it through your brick: you aren't exactly the Dalai Lama yourself. Some of us don't keep tabs on all our friends. But have it your way-- I'm sorry. Jeez, people can be so anal.

I won't deny the clear facts -- I wandered into the dark wood of error, disappointing my co-workers, clients, and even my lawyer. No one can be more sorry than I, though I emphasize I remember none of the details. All I can do is call on the name of the Lord, and ask for your understanding.

lol yes! I just about fell out of my chair when it popped up, especially the reference to 'the Lord'.... ROFLMAO!!!
