IM STILL DUMB!!!!!!!How do i get to sotha sil?????????

Im still a sad sad newbie, and im still lazy, but im exploring morrowind to the fullest, and i cant find a way to get to sotha sil, please help!
I take it you have Tribunal? If you don't then forget getting there, if you do, then you will have to get far enough into the Tribunal main quest for Almalexia to ask you to go there for her, and she'll teleport you.
