Favourite Plug-in Resource Thread

I thought it might be both fun and helpful if we set up a thread in which people can post descriptions and URLs of mods that they like.
So far I have only really played with house mods, and I have found three that work well for me:
1. A Good Cottage (found at The Summit)
Readme Description:
Creator: Cuchulainn
Although there are more than enough houses out there I wanted to make my owm. This is the fourth housing mod I have done varying between simple and grand. After using each of my previous mods I have found by myself wanting something else. I have been using this cottage for weeks now and am happy to say that this is the one for me. If you are looking for the solitude of the country yet being close to the convenience of the city this may be the home for your character. By learning from my other mods I
believe that the needs all character types should be satisfied.
To find the cottage go south from the stilstrider in Balmora and follow the river until you see the cottage.
2. Isengaard (at The Summit)
Readme Description
This mod places a small house on the Island south of Ebonheart.Though this home has all the amenities such as storage and work space the best thing is the basement. In the basement are four doors that lead to and from unassuming doors in Ald-Ruhn, Balmora, Khuul, and Vivec. There are also a few new items to be found and some friendly guards outside.
3. Abu's Retreat (at http://www.freewebs.com/morrowind_phoeb ... tpage1.htm)
Readme Description:
Abu's Retreat is located on the outskirts of Pelagiad. As you are facing the main entry of Pelagiad there is a crossroads, take the road to the South, it will be on your left. I included a screenshot of the ingame map in case you can't find it.
Alright, now a little bit about the retreat itself. It is done is the common & rich building parts with plenty of windows throughout. The whole feel is rustic & casual. The exterior is stone with plenty of windows and while it won't reflect the interior it will be in the same rustic style. The greenhouse is not visible from the outside I tried to put it outside & the CPU slowed down way to much. The lodge overlooks a small lake & has a pretty garden around it & a picnic table. It consists of the following rooms all built in separate interiors cells to improve framerates:
Living Room
Kitchen
Bedroom
Display Room
Alchemy Room
Greenhouse
The Greenhouse is built in an interior cell with it's own region (no rain), but you will see night/day & clouds/stars. Since, this is built in an interior cell there is no true landscape outside, I put some big leafy treetops around it, to further the illusion.
Includes 10 wooden armor mannequins. The armor you see in the screenshots will not be included with the plugin.
There is a home teleport ring on the table when you first walk in. You have to equip it, to use it. If your going to leave it on, you have to re-equip it to teleport again.
You'll find that as far as the display cases go: The 2 green glass cabinets & the 4 that have red fabric on the bottom, you hit them once to open them & then again to close. The display case in front of the fireplace & the helm ones in the display room have lids that go up & down, you hit the lid once to open it. They will close by themselves(you don't need to hit the lid again) but they do take a little while to come back up.
This one involved a lot more landscaping than Abu Manor did. I added some trees here & there in the distance just for the view. I tested this with the Pelagiad Forest mod & didn't notice any conflicts.
The blue alchemy jars are for Morrowind ingredients. The little jars on one shelf are for Bloodmoon/Tribunal and the other shelf of jars is for Sri's Alchemy, just in case you have it.
What can I say, I moved around a lot as a child so hence the interest in different residences
