Hi , Raumo
Would you be so kind as to share the "hows" with the rest of us ?
I find it interesting although it's clearly cheating.
Also, making characters in Iron-Man is booring, do you or anyone else know a way to make'em better for Iron-Man games ?
Have Fun

Sure, man:
Go to the rules folder in the data folder in the ToEE folder.
There's a document (I used Wordpad) called "starting equipment" that lists all the items any given class starts with using the numbers from the "description" document in the "mes" folder (also in your data folder).
All you have to do is put in (change) the item numbers for the items you want and eliminate the ones you don't want.
Good stuff.

So this means that if i find the item number for Fragarach i can give a L1 party 10 copies of it ?
Hmmm....
If so i dont't think i really want to....
Anyway, Great Info

Heh-heh - yeah, I guess you could. I've tinkered with it, and sometimes, the changes make the game crash (actually, it won't load).
Re: making better characters for Ironman: charcater editor available from Sorcerer's Place - you can changes stats, alignments, feats, and more (but don't exceed skill points as determined by intelligence or it'll crash the game):
http://sorcerers.net/Games/ToEE/index_editors.htm
It's the one by Ferros (first one). You can edit created characters.
The one by Kharamkazy is for editing platinum (in-game, as described below) and you can edit stats (ability scores) with it during character generation only (you alt-tab during character generation, run the trainer, change stuff, and alt-tab to bring the game back up).
Good stuff.
