hmmm i guess when u add a sig or avatar it only works on posts that were made after the avatar was put in place and not on all post you made. well thats weird it usually does on all post made by that person. hmmmmm

When i uploaded my avatar and changed my signature it affected all my previous post too.
Strange that you have it otherwise, maybe you should contact one of the site moderators ?
