how am i supposed to import the pics i want for my character. i made the Potraits folder in the main folder of the BG2. i put the two pictures in the folder and named them angelS.bmp and angelL.bmp

the first one is for the small portrait and the second is for the other one. please help. i want to change my pic. i have a forum topic on why i want my pic changed. the topic is called "jaheira has different pic than usual".

Go to the Record screen of your character - this is while you're in the game - click on the Customize button, and I think it's the button at the top of the list, Appearance, and then click on the Custom button beneath the picture. Select the pictures you want and click Done.

u don't understand i did do that but when i get out of the record screen the pictures show up as a shadowed person with a ? in the middle of the pic. did i do everything right or is this just a bug.

When you select the custom pictures, did it appear on the screen? Large one on the top left and small one on the bottom right of the menu.

when i clicked on the picture that same shadow with the ? came up as the pic. so what's wrong? i named the files with a large S and large L and the end and they're both bmp.

Send the pictures to me: KE_Sabre@hotmail.com and I'll see what's wrong, it could be because the picture size is not right.

I too have acharacter with a ? as a face
but that came because i saved the save but i had to format the pc. so his Portrait was gone and when i put the save back in the game the portrait was gone.
now i re-downloaded it but i get this char his face back now that i have his face again ??

If you're asking what I think you're asking; then as long as you name the files as you did when you saved the game, then technically yes you should get the pictures when you load the game.
