Okay, I've played through and beaten SoA three times now, and I've done the whole Trademeet thing twice. But for some reason, I can't remember how to activate the Trademeet quest; i.e., I can't go to Trademeet until something triggers, or I talk to someone, etc.

Anyone wanna help me out here? I've finished the Bridge district Skinner quest..
