Two Questions (Spoiler?)

Question #1: I don't really know if this is a spoiler or not... but... Anyway. I got the Secret Master's Lockpick, which can unlock any lock level, no matter what your Security skill level is at. I was just wondering where I might be able to get another one? The one I have now, I bought at Hecerinde's (spelling?) house, the Altmer that you have to recruit for the Thieve's Guild security. He's in Balmora. Anyways, that's question #1.
Question #2: How much does it cost to get training from a Master Trainer? I still haven't found one yet, but I've heard some places where they are. (If anyone knows any more places, they'd be nice to know.) I hear that it costs a lot for the training, so I'm wondering if it is worth it?
Those are my questions. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

for question 2, it costs the same as any other trainer. its effected by your disposition. training puts your disposition up a little, and the price goes up too each level you train. but the price usually goes down a few times before it goes up because of the disposition change.
when you get to 100 in a skill, the price of training (which you can do, it wont go past 100 but will count for a level up) is pretty much fixed at 500 or so. but by then i had super high personality etc
so probably about 1000 each level after 100

I notice that if I go to a master trainer and train a skill from 5 to 100, it costs 20/21K

just so you know, the secret master lcok pick can't open up all locks. You must be thinking of the skeleton key?

Umm... My Security skill was at 47 and I opened a 100 level lock with the Secret Master's lock pick... I don't have the skeleton key yet.

i'm pretty sure i've picked 100 locks with security 50 with only master lockpicks
just gotta keep trying really
secret master stuff is usually not in the game, like secret master alchemy gear
but its usually really really good quality and thus means unskilled people are super good with it
