Problems in Nulb - can't find NPC

Greetings,
I am having trouble with the entry into Nulb. Apparently there is supposed to be a guy standing on the walkway to the Waterside Hotel named Mickey. He isn't there for me, and I can't figure out how to get him there. I have gone back to the Hommlet, and spoken to everyone again, but he still doesn't appear. Any suggestions?

You have to find Mickey at night. Goto Hommlet, pass time until evening, then return to Nulb. He should be standing in spot #2, near the waterside hostel.

If you enter Nulb in daytime, enter any building befor you pass time. Changes to the map (Mickey appearing) won't trigger until you leave and re-enter the area.

That really helped, now if I could just get the quests from Wat and Rentsch!!

Hi
You don't get any "real" quests from Wat and Rentsch, but an opportunity to enter the Temple via a "back door".
You can talk to both but have to pretend to be a badguy (or if you are a badguy - tell the truth).
You need some Charismatic Pc with some dialouge skills to do this. If you CHA score is average boost it with Eagle Splendor.
If you choose Wat's answer you'll be teleported to Alrem, the chief of the Fire Temple on dungeon level 2.
If you choose Rentch's answer you'll go to Romag, chief of the Earth Temple on dungeon level 1.
Finding the way out of the dungeon is a bit tricky if you don't know the way, and there's lot of tough fights, so be careful.
