THACO with Tenser's Transformation & Black Blade of Disaster Combo

I don't have a save game to verify this, so please enlighten me:

When you cast Black Blade of Disaster (LVL9) followed by Tenser's Transformation (LVL6), how does the game calculate your THACO? The description of BBoD says this:
While using this weapon, the wizard uses the THACO of a fighter of half his level
while the TT description says the following:
All attacks are as a fighter of the same level as the wizard
In your experience, which THACO consideration takes precedence?

Also, I seem to remember there was some cheese involved in dual-wielding characters getting two blades. Improved haste and the result is utter havoc for your enemies :)

I would guess that the last spell cast would determine the level, but I rarely cast either spell, and have never tried the combo. It seems logical that the spells should give you the most beneficial effect, but my experience has been that a later spell tends to cancel an earlier one. But even this has exceptions...

Well, come to think of it, THACO doesn't really matter that much when you are improved hasted (and high level). For a high level fighter/mage the combination of BBoD followed by improved haste->tensor's->mislead is absolutely incredible. Use some resistance potions and cast mirror image -> stoneskin -> improved invisibility and you'll be well-protected too. A scroll of protection from magical weapons in your pocket for rough situations :D

Don't believe me? Go to the docks and enter that barn by the Thief Guild (right-hand side). You'll experience the combo used against you :o :D
