Wyvern Head?

while i was fighting with Tolgerias in the planar sphere the mage next to him casted ''call wyvern''.After i killed both of them i found a wyvern's head (loot from the wyvern's dead body ofcourse).
But i have never seen it before...Any body knows what can be done with it?

sell it, i think you can get a few hundred for it! all of them drop one!

It´s a remain from BG1 where theres a small quest concirning wyvernhead´s.
You can just sell it.

Would be nice if it were used in an item upgrade mod. Geez, I still remember Coran and his wyvern hunting from BGI ~~ though it's been ages since I've played...
