You should have put an "other" category, or maybe "between 1 and six months." Anyway, about two and a half months.

I remember reading the review in PC Zone and thinking... what the hell.... some game I never heard of just got 1% less than GTA3. Anyway, my pre-ordered copy of GTA3 was delayed and I was adgitated so I thought I'd buy a copy of this RPG everyone was so crazy about. I bought a copy and didn't understand anything. GTA 3 arrived the next day and I forgot about it for several months, when I'd exausted GTA 3 I started playing MW and teaching myself how RPG's worked. To this day its still the only RPG I've played (unless you count Freelancer, which I don't).

I've only played like what... 6 months about. I'm sorta new, but my woodelf (i've noticed) is a really high level in comparison to some of your guys'. She's at like 35 or 40.

I've been playing for about a month. My highest level character is also my first character: a level 34 thief (the one i got stuck in a cave who is never to be heard from again
). I do have an excuse for that though. I'm a college student, thus I have an unlimited amount of time to waste in front of my computer.

your right. unfortunatly, I haven't been playing it half as long as most of you guys (actually i HAVE been playing it exactly half as long if you've been playing it for a year. the irony of it is funny
)
anyways, i only have GOTY and not the original Morrowind so do guys have GOTY or what (by the way, when did GOTY come out in comparison to the original, just a question?)

I've had it about two years, but I've probably only played it for six months on and off... Never got the feel for it the first time, so I'm trying again.

I had the original then got GOTY. The original is an XBox Platinum Hit, so it has to be slightly old.

When I first asked my parents if I could get Morrowind for Christmas, I didn't know about the GOTY edition. But when I got the GOTY edition for Christmas, I was like, hey, I didn't know that there was a GOTY edition. And that wasn't too long ago, either.

same here, except i didn't even know about Morrowind before i got it. I only learned about GOTY when I started looking in forums and stuff.
I hear, by the reviews, GOTY was worth every penny (and i believe it. although i don't know what to do in the game now.
)

I had seen one or two comercials about it on Toonami on Cartoon Network, but I didn't really know anything about it. Then I saw Morrowind in a computer store and thought that it looked interesting enough to play

I've been playing Morrowind for like, 4 months. HOLY CRAP! THAT'S IT??!! Wow... It seems like I've had that game forever. I feel like I should be teaching all the little Padwans how to play. Poo, I feel like a Newbie. Don't hate me, guys.
To quote myself: "It seems like I've had that game forever." I actually don't even own the game. It's my brother's, whom I bought Morrowind for Christmas. Haha! I bought it for him... Then stole it for myself... I'm such a nice sister.
Anyways, I caught on to this game pretty quick, and I think I understand a lot about it. Moreso than my friends, anyways. You know what SUCKS?! I got my friends addicted to it, so they were asking to borrow it all the time, then my friend Robbie comes into school a few days later with the GOTY version, rubbing it in my face! That was a few months ago and I still haven't gotten around to buying it yet.
One day soon, I'll have the GOTY... Then, I shall rub it in Rob's face that I'm so much better than he... Muahaha!
Dang, I feel conceited tonight.
