ok how do you put the codes in I use player->additem "gold_500" and that does not work help please. thanks

Follow this exactly as written:
'player --> AddItem "insert name of item here " 1'
note: just replace the "1" with the quantity you need.

You should write
player->AddItem "Gold_100" 123
wich add 123 amount of gold. In quot mark is item ID not amount of gold.
