Where do i get the Hammer of Thunderbolts?

The Ilithids...
If that's not enough info, details below, highlight to read. Please try to use actual English, if you can.
You get it from the Ilithid mini-dungeon in the sewers. You will need the Sewer key to let you in.

Well, The Hammer Of Thunderbolts is in some mind flayer dungeon beneath the temple district.
It's a hidden door, and you will need a key to open it. The key can be found on Tazok in Windspear Hills.
The illithids shouldn't be a pretty tough fight, just send your mage in front. Good Luck.
